Innovation Lobby

Gut renovation of a lobby in Cambridge, MA. BioMed Realty wanted an entry space for their building that would attract attention and encourage lively interaction.

The transformed space features a sculptural composition of several elements, including a wall of continuous video displays, folded custom-designed metal ceiling panels, dynamic shaped stepped forms, curated furniture, and integrated artwork.

The art installation, designed by studio J2 architects, is visible from both the interior and the exterior, connecting the lobby to the surrounding urban environment.
