Unbuilt Projects

Some of studio J2’s projects, although never built, have allowed for the valuable exploration of ideas.

The client wanted clean lines, commercial / industrial materials and large expanses of glass for this 5,000 SF new modern home in Weston, MA. The resulting design utilizes aluminum curtain wall for windows with corrugated metal and wood shiplap siding.
Some other unbuilt residential projects include a house for two artists by the sea in Gloucester, MA and an art gallery/residence in Cambridge, MA.
